This Elm family member is valued for its use as a replacement for the American Elm.  Beautiful upright arching habit makes this an excellent street tree or lawn specimen.  Fall color is wine-red.  Growth rate: Average.  Form: Vase shaped.  Height 50 – 75′.  Spread 35 – 50′.  Exposure: Full sun.
